How Can Coaching & Hypnotherapy Help Improve Well-Being?

As medics, we are fortunate to have (or have access to) the knowledge on how to live a healthy lifestyle, the benefits of regular exercise and balanced nutrition, the importance of a good night’s sleep, the risks of harmful substances, and so on. However, the truth is that having that knowledge is only half the battle. Behaviour change can be hard when it comes to surmounting lifelong habits, and that’s where coaching and hypnotherapy can lend a helping hand.
Behaviour Change
You may have experienced or witnessed in your patients how willpower is not enough to alter long established unhealthy habits for behaviours that serve us in a positive way. Coaching and hypnotherapy can help by identifying and dissolving limiting beliefs, such as, ‘I’m never going to lose weight’; empower you to find and commit to lifestyle choices that are realistic and appropriate to you and your circumstances; and build motivation and confidence in your own abilities.
In the first session, you will get to learn a tailored, goal-oriented self-hypnosis that you can continue to use to empower you as you work towards your well-being goal.
Whilst results can vary from person to person, I can guarantee that I will use the same empathetic, non-judgmental, professional, and holistic approach that I’m well known for as a doctor. I will listen to the challenges that you are facing in your own life, and we can work together to create a tailored coaching and self-hypnosis program that will help you to achieve your well-being goals.
