What To Expect

 

 

All online coaching & hypnotherapy sessions are 1-hour in duration and each individual session is tailored to your needs. In the first session you will have:

  • a holistic initial assessment where we discuss what you would like to work on, how it is impacting your life, and what you would like to achieve.
  • your questions answered regarding coaching & hypnotherapy and an explanation of how they work.
  • a personalised self-hypnosis therapy script that you can continue to use to reap further benefits.

Future weekly sessions will entail a discussion on the positive changes that you have noticed followed by a tailored coaching and hypnotherapy session to work towards your goal. I offer 6 session packages to help achieve long-term transformation.

Whilst results can vary from person to person, I can guarantee that I will use the same empathetic, non-judgmental, professional, and holistic approach that I’m well known for as a doctor. I will listen to the challenges that you are facing in your own life, and we can work together to create a tailored coaching and self-hypnosis program that will help you to achieve your well-being goals.
